This was a special addition to SPADEM 1972, Pablo Picasso created 800 copies of gravures of each portrait in 1972 from the original portraits from the Gongora book published in 1947 (tirage 275 copies total).
Signed in plate. The work measures 38x28 cm, image 30x23 cm.
Arches hand-cut handmade paper, only 800 copies of each portrait from Gongora book in total in the world. This one 611/800 (hand signed 611/800).
Numbered in pencil, printed signature. Picasso died in 1973 and this is his original signed and dated artwork.
