For sale is a quite rare 3 Head portable and professional Marantz cassette deck with Dolby and DBX noise reduction. The belt was replaced, the playback amp board was recapped, and it works perfectly at the moment (but don't take it as a warranty, it's an old device). Looks very good for its age, was always kept in its original leather case.
This unit displays surprisingly low wow&flutter: 0,067% WRMS and 0,15% Peak (the latter reading matches factory specification). When tested with a Maxell Type II tape, it shows smooth frequency response, reaching 17Khz at -20dB level (factory specification: 18khz). W&F readings, oscilloscope reading of a 10Khz test signal and frequency response measurements can be seen in the images attached.
Can be tested before purchase. Shipment as possible, but is at buyer's cost and risk.
