1. Body: Sony Alpha DSLR – A700

This robust camera has a rugged magnesium alloy body to meet the demands of the more ambitious users. An ergonomic approach is that after program preselection, camera setup and adjustment controls can be operated completely with just the holding hand (right hand).
The function select button has 12 options, including Automatic, Aperture- and Shutter-priority.
The camera is equipped with an in-camera anti-shake mechanism (Super SteadyShot) that compensates camera shake by vertical and horizontal capture-sensor movements.
It has a double anti-dust-system and manual (DMF) and automatic focus control modes.

The AF modes are: Continuous AF (AF-C), Single-shot AF (AF-S) and Automatic AF (AF-A). Continuous AF mode constantly adjusts focus while the shutter button is half-pressed; Single-shot AF acquires and locks focus when the shutter button is half-pressed, while the Automatic AF setting will lock focus on a still subject, but will switch to Continuous AF mode if the subject moves.

The camera has a built-in Flash.
The camera uses a CompactFlash-card and / or MemoryStick Duo to store your photos. A CF-card is included.

2. Zoomlens: Sigma 28-300mm F/3.5-6.3 DL Hyperzoom

This all-round zoomlens (18 elements in 16 groups) has a 10,7X zoom-ratio. The zooming and focussing work smooth and fast. It works with Internal Focussing (IF). This allows the lens to be focused without having to turn the front of the lens. It also allows the lens to accept a Petal-type hood, with its superior light-blocking effect. Its smallest diafragm is 22.
A compact design with a length of only 92,6mm gives the lens even greater mobility. And SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass and Aspherical lenses give it high optical ability.
Filter diameter of 72 mm. Weight: 570 grams

This lens can be combined with Minolta A and/or Sony A cameras.

A manual in different languages, including English, French, Italian, Spanish and German is included.
