Polish cassette manufacturer and label operating under this name between 1991 and 1994.
Initially a blank cassette manufacturer, Takt Music was established after taking over Tact in 1991. Takt Music continued reissuing their releases, keeping the original Tact catalog numbers and partially their trademark design. Subsequent Takt Music releases continued to use a similar design and the same numbering sequence for catalog numbers (the only exception are releases labeled as "Gauss Passed" recorded in the Gauss Passed HX Pro Dolby System, with a catalog number starting with the XCD prefix). The company was renamed to TAKT when the "golden age" of polish pirate cassettes ended with the Copyright And Related Rights Act issued on 4 February 1994, thus making their operations illegal. As TAKT, the company continued to operate as a cassette duplication and manufacturing facility, later expanding its portfolio by offering CD, DVD, and more recently vinyl manufacturing.
