Rock 'n' Roll Circus: The Rolling Stones 2CD/DVD/Blu-ray uitgave (expanded, remastered Hi-Res Audio) uit 2019.

The Rolling Stones organiseerde in december 1968 een concert in een circustent waar artiesten als The Who, Taj Mahal, Marianne Faithfull en Jethro Tull optraden. Bijzonder was het optreden van supergroep The Dirty Mac, die bestond uit John Lennon, Yoko Ono, Ivry Gitlis, Mitch Mitchell, Eric Clapton en Keith Richards.

De Stones hielden de uitzending op de BBC tegen omdat de band ontevreden was over de eigen inbreng (mede door de zwaarverslaafde Brian Jones) en ook omdat The Who de show stal. Pas in 1996 gaven de Stones toestemming om de film uit te brengen.

De Stones en de andere bands traden op in een replica van een oude tent. Vrienden en kennissen vormden het publiek. De opnames begonnen om 2 uur 's middags en duurden mede door de vele podium wissels en technische problemen tot diep in de nacht.

Het concert werd afgesloten met Salt of the Earth van de Stones. Bijzonder aan dit concert was het laatste optreden van Brian Jones , een half jaar voor zijn tragische overlijden. NIEUW/SEALED
