Vacuum Pads for workholding stock material on CNC routers / milling machines. Two versions available for now: 100x100 mm size with center mounting hole for M6 bolt and 65x65 mm size with 4 holes for M5 bolts at 50x50mm spacing. I sell sets of 4 pieces.
Flatness tolerance: 0,05 mm
Max operating temp.: 55 °C
Clamp-down force:
- 100x100 version ~700 N (~70kg)
- 65x65 version ~200 N (~20kg)
Full-custom sizes and shapes, incl. e.g. specific undercuts for CNC-ing of audio front panels, available upon request. Also: special heat resistant materials, like PAHT-CF, ASA-CF, ABS-GF, PC, and CNC-milled versions from: HDPE, Trespa/HPL, aluminium.
