Wim Rietveld panama 4050 wandlamp

A very rare Panama wall lamp, model 4050, was designed by Wim Rietveld for Gispen in 1956. Without a doubt, one of the best designs he ever made, and an iconic piece in Dutch design history! A real collector's item!

The lamp has grey metal arms (dimensions: 0.55/0.45) and a creme aluminum 'Panama' hood, the creme paint is still original. And, it comes with the original polyester diffuser as well.
The lamp arms have three hinges, so it can be set in any desired position using the red key (attached to the black metal wall plate).
The lamp is in excellent condition, and the cream color is a very soft touch, creating an aura-like atmosphere in the room.
