Within walking distance (3 min) you will find a long boulevard of all kind of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, KFC, Mc donalds etc. On top of this boulevard there is a large city park where you can relax and barbecue. The Tram is only 100 m. away and the Subway (Marconiplein) is 300 m. from the apartment. The subway brings you to the Erasmus University in 14 minutes. By bike it is 25 minutes. The City center is less than 10 minutes.
