It has an single bunk bed with high quality mattress ,study area (office table, lamp & chair), sitting area (armchair ,table, lamp & chair) ,library shelves and drew table. Whole wall window and balcony door. The room has own private balcony (7m2) facing WTC and City hall & inside-no traffic street ! Special room lock.

You can use other flat area ,if not booked, as extra area , free of charge. Just to be ensured - no influence on utility balance. You can change your initially booked room for any other preferable room under my profile which appearing available with respect it's listing price.
Notice period is standard Dutch.

By move on you have to pay :the last month rent and the deposit .
There is no Housinganywhere system option that deposit could be paid back via the platform. It's pay back by owner directly.

The Housinganywhere booking including the first month rent .All further payments (rent, deposit) should be paid directly to the advertiser through bank transfer / cash, as agreed. The deposit could be paid by bank transfer and settled in advance to meet the check in moment/only by cash at the moment of check in. The deposit payment method will be the same to pay you back, if not agreed different.


The registration is not acceptable for short rental term. The Government City Hall registration taxes are not including in rent.

For a short rental period (less than 6 months) applicable the price adjustment 300eur p/m up, others you agreed with owner before the booking.
