With a valid proof of study, a contract take over is performed.
From April 1st until August 1st your landlord will be SSH&, whom
you will pay a FIXED monthly price of 511,88 Euro for:
- A single room with a shower
- With a 14.00m^2 floor area
- With shared: kitchen, toilets, a washing machine and a dryer.
Utilities are shared with 8 other neighbours, which are friendly and quiet.
The student complex is located near a water canal and has some foliage around it.
The outside territory is clean and quiet because it is located further from the road.
There is a heated storage for a bike.
The complex is located 10 minutes away by foot and 3-5 minutes away by bike from
the closest shopping centre (Lidl, Jumbo, Kruivat etc.) and multiple bus stops, which
have bus lines going to the university, city centre, and central station.
It takes 15 minutes to get to the university campus by bike and a little longer by bus.
With the room, you get:
- A desk lamp and a floor lamp
- A working desk and a coffee table
- A small chair, a soft armchair (gray one in the photos), and curtains
- A closet and lots of shelves.
- A bed: (90 cm x 200 cm) with a matress.
Cutlery and bedsheets are not included.
There will be free shelves in the kitchen cupboard and in the fridge/freezer for the new tenant.
