There is 1 room for rent in Oudheusden. You have a choice between 2 rooms (see pictures)

· Semi-detached house with garage, driveway and garden
· Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom
· Including washing machine and dryer
· Rooms from 11 to 15 square meters
· Deposit of one month’s rent
· You get a indefinite contract with a minimum term of 6 or 12 months (rent discount in case you get a longer minimum term)
· You have to share the house with a max of 2 people.
· Rooms are with bed, bedside cabinet and chair
· 2 bedrooms will be used as shared storage space (e.g. suitcases, clothes, stuff etc.)

You will pay advance costs for Gas, Water and Electricity (GWE) of €75,00 per month. Each year we will sum up the total costs of GWE and if you have used less, then you will receive money back but if you used more, you will need to cover these costs. You also pay €20,00 a month for internet. So the monthly costs besides the rent price of the room is €95,00.

‘Master bedroom’ (green walls):
This room is on the 1st floor and on the map it’s the room on the bottom (below the bathroom).
· 6 month minimum period: €765,00 (+ €95,00) = €860,00
· 12 months minimum period: €735,00 (+ €95,00) = €830,00

Bedroom (white with grey walls):
This room is on the 1st floor and on the map it’s the room on the left top (above the bathroom and stairs).
· 6 month minimum period: €725,00 (+ €95,00) = €810,00
· 12 months minimum period: €700,00 (+ €95,00) = €795,00

Other information:
Price is based on the point system. You will also receive an overview of this. Because of a lower maximum of people that will live in the house, the prices are higher than when the house is occupied by 5 or more people.
