Hello there, I am looking to sublet my furnished apartment in Vlaardingen, Holy nearby Rotterdam, Delft, The Hague, the duration is 2 month for now and I might be give it for rent 2 month more or possibly more depending on my situation but for now 2 month guaranteed.

The Apartment is fully furnished, kitchen tools, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, stove with oven, air fryer, coffee machine, boiler, smart tv and wifi.

Its 45 square meters, a separate sleeping room, living room, kitchen, bathroom, corridor entrance.

Its 5 mins walk to a nice shopping center (De Loper) that has a tram station that takes you directly to Rotterdam or Schiedam where you can take a train from to anywhere where in the Netherlands) also lots or shops nearby like Albert hijn, Lidl, Jump and many others.

No address registration, Requirements is 1 month rent and 2 month deposit in advance, proof of work and being legal, preferably a cosy little family or someone quite and well rounded with no problems and such.

Rent price is 1500/Month all inclusive

(Heating and electricity up to 100/month included you pay extras over that but usually its enough)
