Hi everyone,
I will be moving out of my room in a shared flat in Gronau at the end of February 2026 and am looking for someone to take over the contract. My contract ends in July, but is easily extendable.

The room is located in a shared flat with 5 people, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a modern, nice bathroom. The room itself is fully furnished, including a bed, drawers, desk, chair, and a small wardrobe, perfect for moving in right away.

The location is ideal for students, as it is literally a 5-minute walk to the Gronau train- and busstation. There are direct connections to Enschede as well. All my roommates, including me actually also study in Enschede.
Many shops and supermarkets are within walking distance, and there is even a nice cinema just around the corner.

Currently, the flat is shared by 1 woman and 4 men, with a friendly and relaxed living atmosphere. While I was oftentimes only home in the mornings and evenings, there was always someone in the kitchen, so having dinner together was always super nice.

On another note, we have a rotating cleaning schedule in place, so everyone has their duty for the week and we ensure a nice living space.

Monthly rent is €400, this includes utilities, but excludes internet (paid by a roommate and ten shared between everyone and the mandatory (in Germany) broadcasting fee (GEZ). In total I think it is around 430€.
