Per 1 april komt er een nette, lichte kamer beschikbaar op de 2e verdieping van een woning in Utrecht. In totaal worden er 2 kamers verhuurd.
De kamer is circa 15 tot 20m² en wordt gemeubileerd verhuurd.
De kamers bevinden zich op een aparte verdieping binnen de woning.
Als eigenaar woon ik zelf op de 1e verdieping, samen met mijn moeder (72+), mijn man en onze dochter van 2 jaar.
Wij hechten daarom veel waarde aan een rustige, respectvolle en nette leefomgeving. Hier zal rekening mee gehouden moeten worden.

De woning beschikt over een gedeelde keuken (die momenteel niet gebruikt kan worden vanwege renovatie) en een badkamer.

Gelegen in Lombok op de Vleutenseweg, op loopafstand van OV, supermarkten, centrum, etc.
💶 Huurprijs:
€ 1350,- per maand
Inclusief gas/water/licht/internet
Borg: € 1350,-

Wij zoeken een rustige, nette en verantwoordelijke huurder (student / werkend).
Bijvoorkeur een dame

A tidy, bright room will become available on the 2nd floor of a house in Utrecht starting April 1st. A total of 2 rooms are being rented out in the house. The room is approximately 15 to 20m² and is rented out furnished.
The rooms are located on a separate floor within the house. As the owner, I live on the 1st floor together with my mother (72+), my husband, and our 2-year-old daughter. For this reason, we highly value a quiet, respectful, and tidy living environment. This is a key requirement for any potential tenant.

The house features a shared kitchen (which is currently unavailable due to renovations) and a bathroom.

Located in Lombok on Vleutenseweg, within walking distance of public transport, supermarkets, the city center, etc.
💶 Rent:

We are looking for a quiet, tidy, and responsible tenant (student or professional).
• Preference: Female
• No smoking allowed.
