This is a vintage Cobra Commander action figure, once the ruthless leader of Cobra. Unfortunately, his reign was cut short—Serpentor claimed victory in battle and, in a brutal act of dominance, removed Cobra Commander’s manhood. A tragic yet epic moment in Cobra history.
