You either come to my house and we’ll do it in person or we can jump on a call together. So, you’ll get complete access to by logging in to my old Xbox account via Xbox Cloud Gaming (you can change the password, number etc after the payment). But from there on you will be in the account itself. As for the e-mail connected to it. As I don’t use that e-mail anymore because I don’t game anymore and therefore already sold my Xbox you will get complete ownership over that e-mail
