The CPH-7000 is an upgraded model of the original PlayStation, released by Sony Computer Entertainment in November 1997.

This unit has been tested and confirmed to power on and read discs correctly.
Controller input and memory card functionality have also been verified.

The DualShock controller was included. The board designation changed to PU-20. The MPU’s image processing coprocessor became the GTE-2, and the CPU suffix changed to BQ. Although the CD-ROM controller and CD DSP were integrated into a single 144-pin chip, the board size remained unchanged. The GPU clock section was changed from a 53.693 MHz oscillator to a hybrid 14.318 MHz crystal + PLL.

The main unit and accessories are in very good condition, although they show signs of normal use.
