Important Notice for Potential Buyers: Please be aware that the item for sale, referred to as the “Wassroger,” is currently situated on the roof, which is the 3rd floor of the residence. Any prospective buyer should be prepared to safely transport the Wassroger from its location down to their vehicle. Unfortunately, I am unable to assist with the physical moving of the item due to personal constraints. Your understanding and preparation for this aspect of the pickup are greatly appreciated.
