The RDCZ triac controller allows you to control the speed of voltage-controllable AC fans up to a maximum of 1.5 A in an extremely detailed manner. Manually controlled in steps or continuously, limited between adjustable minimum and maximum values or fully automatic demand-driven. If you connect it to one of the compatible Sentera sensors, it works as a PI controller to automatically reach the set set point. The settings are easy to adjust, either by means of the 3-button interface 7-segment display LED display or by means of the 3SModbus software application.

A digital manual speed controller?
The RDCZ is an electronic speed controller (also called a triac controller) for voltage-controllable motors up to 1.5 A. Thanks to the built-in processor, the RDCZ is full of programmable setting options:

Adjustable minimum and maximum values as a percentage of the supply voltage
Output continuously variable or in 2 to 10 steps
Adjustable starting value or starting step
Kickstart or Softstart
The readout on the LED screen can be switched between the output value and the selected step
Modbus RTU (RS485) communication for integration with a building management system (BMS)
A user-friendly menu with 3-digit, 7-segment LED display and a 3-key interface
An even more extensive menu is available via the free 3SModbus software
Suitable for flush or surface mounting

Or a PI controller for demand control!
The RDCZ can also be combined with a selection of sensors. It will then function as a PI controller. In concrete terms, this means that you can enter a setpoint for the measured value of the connected sensor. The output of the RDCZ will then intelligently control the AC fan to achieve the setpoint as efficiently as possible. Features automatic mode (in combination with a sensor):

Adjustable set point for temperature, relative humidity, CO2, air quality, differential pressure
Setpoint for PI control or direct control with a fixed hysteresis.
The display readout can switch between measured value and output value
The user can manually override the output for a fixed time at any time
Adjustable minimum and maximum values (percentage of the supply voltage)
Modbus RTU (RS485) communication for integration with a building management system (BMS)
