Beschrijving
Circular motorised damper for air ducts with a diameter of 160 mm. The damper blade position can be set via a 0-10 V signal or via Modbus RTU communication. The minimum and maximum position and many other parameters can also be adjusted in the Modbus registers. The damper blade offers class D air tightness (EN1751). It can control air flows with a speed between 0 and 10 m/s. The supply voltage is 24 VDC, via Power over Modbus (PoM).
Minimum air resistanceThis round valve can be used in combination with standard round ducts with a diameter of 125 mm. The ducts fit into the valve, but to ensure the airtightness of the system, the transition between duct and valve must be sealed with aluminium tape. Because the ducts slide into the valve, no additional air resistance is caused. This of course ensures optimum efficiency. Shorter installation time
One RJ45 connector is sufficient to connect this round motorised control valve! The built-in actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 VDC. Modbus RTU communication and 24 VDC supply voltage can be connected via one UTP cable - we call this Power over Modbus or PoM. The position of the valve can be controlled via Modbus RTU. To simplify wiring, we recommend using the Sentera 24 VDC power supplies with RJ45 connector. These power supplies offer protection against short circuit, overload and overvoltage. A supply voltage of 24 VDC increases the safety and reliability of your installation.Control via Modbus RTU or 0-10 VDC
If Modbus RTU communication is not available, the damper blade position can also be controlled via a 0-10 Volt signal (also 0-20 mA or PWM). In this case, the analog input signal can be connected via the terminal block, just like the 24 Volt supply voltage. Make sure that the supply voltage is not connected via the terminal block and the RJ45 socket at the same time!
Easy to use!
This motorized control valve requires no configuration. Once installed, it is ready to use. The default settings are suitable for most applications. However, if desired, the settings can be adjusted via Modbus RTU communication. For example, the minimum and maximum valve position can be adjusted via the parameter settings. The Modbus register map provides a complete overview of all settings.
Plastic housing
The valve housing is made of high-quality r-ABS plastic. This material is exceptionally heat-resistant, very robust and offers good protection against shocks.
Ideal for a VAV control
In combination with the Sentera sensors, these ACT-H valves are set to the correct position to provide the room with the desired air exchange. In the main duct where all other ducts come together, a Sentera differential pressure controller then determines the speed of the fan or air group. In this way, each room gets exactly what it needs in the most energy-friendly way.
Remote management
Like all other Sentera products equipped with Modbus-RTU and individual serial number, the ACT-H round motorised control valve can be added to your SenteraWeb installation, enabling management via the Cloud.
