Renovated Vertical Minarelli 50cc engine

Vertical minarelli engine 50cc standard completely renovated lots of new parts, this engine is for Yamaha BWS/SPY and Aprilia amigo, this engine has been tested and it is 100% Working

• 50cc STD aluminum cylinder kit with used cylinder head
• STD 10Ø crankshaft with new needle bearing
• Euro 1 stator (adjustable ignition, currently not significantly advanced)
• 2x NTN C3 crankshaft bearings
• 2x bearings for gearbox in engine block
• 1x SKF rear wheel bearing
• 1x SKF engine mount bearing
• Oil pump
• Clutch bell
• Variator fan
• RMS reed valve
• RMS STD studs
• DAYCO drive belt
• Flywheel
• Flywheel cooling fan
• Miscellaneous: crankshaft nut, variator bushing, 2x oil pump snap rings, 2x oil seals, 1x rear wheel oil seal, 4x cylinder studs, 2x cylinder base gaskets and head gasket, stator gasket, 2x reed valve gaskets, oil pump drive gear, clutch bell nut, kickstarter clutch star, and gearbox gasket
• 6x 7-gram rollers
• New gear oil
• All nuts and bolts replaced with new ones

Summary: A very fine, newly renovated Yamaha BWS engine in perfect condition, packed with new parts.The engine has been tested for leaks using the leak-down method and holds tight. However, it’s recommended to use two base gaskets for the cylinder along with some liquid gasket to achieve this tightness due to a slight unevenness where the engine blocks meet at the cylinder. The stator and oil pump are new.

Note: This engine is sold without electric starter and engine mount axle.
