For sale: Fender Pure Vintage 60s Precision Bass pickup and prewired Precision bass harness from Artys Customs Guitars in Germany.
The pickup is a split coil vintage style sound original from Fender. The harness is a P-Bass 1951-56 Vintage pre-wired Kit of 47nF - 0,047uF 250k Pots (Single Coil Standard). It's originally meant for a Tele Pbass but it also works perfectly fine for a "regular" precision bass, the only slight difference is the cap value.
The harness is new, never used. I bought it for a project that changed direction from single pickup to double pickup so I don't need it anymore.
I have used the pickup in one of my basses for a couple of months until I sold it with the original pickup, so I have this one left. It sounds great, very vintage. It's the one Fender uses for their American Vintage II 1960 Precision Bass (check its video on youtube for some sound samples).
My preference is to sell them together for 140 euros
Individually, the harness on its own is 60 euros and the pickup 100
