These are the be-all, end-all Blackguard Tele pickup. I’ve been making these on a custom basis for years, but here they are in pre-designed form. Built and handwound to capture the look and that early Blackguard tone in every detail! Special handwinding pattern to recreate the vintage tone.
All correct vintage specs, including bobbin dimensions and materials.
Alnico III flushpole, .195 diameter magets, 42 gauge Plain Enamel wire for the bridge, 43 gauge for the neck. Black rope winding. Alnico V magnets for the neck, with nickel/chrome neck pickup cover.
Stock output is your choice of 6.1K or 7K, with 5% +/- increments.
