Anyone looking for a boat this summer?

We're selling our much-loved Waeghals 4.8m sloep – perfect for cruising the Amsterdam canals and enjoying sunny days on the water.

We bought her brand new in June 2021, including a new 9.9HP engine, cover, and cushions, and she's been well looked after ever since. Comfortably seats up to 6 people, with current parking spot in Jordaan.

A few things to note:

• There is some minor damage to the cover and console, but everything functions well.
• There is currently a problem with the engine, we think the carburetor. It starts well, and runs well, but cuts out when throttle off. So it needs to be fixed, we've been told this is easy but we do not want to arrange it so have reduced the price further.
• The petrol engine will need to be replaced with an electric engine in 2027 (or upon change of ownership, in line with Amsterdam regulations). This has already been reflected in the asking price.
